Arthur D’Egidio

Arthur P. D’Egidio is the managing partner of DP Injury Attorneys and has dedicated his practice to representing human beings that suffer catastrophic personal injuries and/or property damage. Mr. D’Egidio has recovered millions in compensation for his clients, including multiple, multi-million settlements for which he has been inducted into the prestigious Million Dollar and Multi-Million Advocates Forums.

Mr. D’Egidio has earned many awards for his outstanding legal service, which include being named as a Super Lawyer by Thomson Reuters for seven straight years. He also been selected by his peers for inclusion within The Best Lawyers of America publication for his work in Personal Injury Law. Mr. D’Egidio been recognized as a Top 40 Under 40 lawyer by The National Trial Lawyers, Top 100 by America’s Top 100 Personal Injury Lawyers, and Best of the Bar by the San Diego Business Journal. He has also received the Wiley H. Manuel Award for pro bono legal services and the Distinguished Service Award from the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program.

Mr. D’Egidio attended the University of California San Diego, San Diego, from which he earned his Bachelor’s Degree, and attended Thomas Jefferson School of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree. Mr. D’Egidio is a member of the State Bar of California and admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Southern District and Central District of California. He is also a member of the San Diego County Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of San Diego, Consumer Attorneys Association of Los Angeles, and the American Bar Association.

When he is not diligently representing his clients, Mr. D’Egidio enjoys all that Southern California has to offer, including surfing, skiing, hiking, and spending time with his wife and two sons.
